Restaurant Headquarters will ship most items via standard ground to specified location. In some occasions a freight carrier may be used and we will contact the buyer with the freight fee. Freight quotes do NOT include lift gates. If the buyer needs a lift gate they must specify so when placing the order. Lift gate fees are covered by the buyer NOT Restaurant Headquarters. Orders will not be processed and finalized until shipping quote has been approved by the buyer. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the order.Products shipped by freight carriers include curbside or loading deck drop off. Items will not be brought inside the store by the delivery driver. Freight shipments can NOT be delivered to residential areas. A delivery appointment may be requested, any applicable fees will be applied.
The customer must examine received items. If any damage to packaging or product is visible or if any items are missing it must be noted on the bill of lading before the driver leaves. The customer reserves the right to refuse shipment if shipped product is damaged. It is the customer's responsibility to file their own damage claim if any product is found damaged after the driver leaves. Restaurant Headquarters is not liable for any damaged shipment. Open your shipment immediately for any concealed or hidden items. In the event damage is found, retain all crates and inner package and report it to the freight company immediately with a written request. All hidden or concealed damage must be reported and a request for inspection made within 2 business days. If a customer refuses shipment due to visible damage, the customer must also report it to Restaurant Headquarters immediately. Do not return the product to Restaurant Headquarters without an approved return authorization number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed and all shipping and restock charges are the customer's responsibility.
Important Note: Your signature indicates that "You, the customer" have examined and identified on the delivery receipt or bill of lading "RECEIVED IN GOOD CONDITION EXCEPT NOTED BY" the person who sign the document. By signing the document, you relieve the manufacturer, Freight Company, and Restaurant Headquarters of any liability for any shipment damage. Restaurant Headquarters can not hold the freight carrier liable for damages if the delivery receipt or bill of lading is signed without any note of damage.
All orders are shipped according to availability. We try to ship orders complete, but if a product is out of stock or back ordered split orders may be shipped separately pending customer approval of freight charge.
Restaurant Headquarters will make every effort to ship your product according to the estimated lead times after your order had been process. The estimated times are in business days from Monday through Friday excluding Federal holidays. If an order is placed after 2pm CST, processing will begin the following business day. Orders will be processed and shipped from our warehouse. Items that are not in stock will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. Items that are shipped from the factory are base on the factory's lead times.
Free Shipping Offer
Customers are eligible for RHQ Free Shipping program if the total purchase amount (excluding tax and shipping fees) is over $400. Items will be shipped via standard ground to customers within the continental United States only.
RHQ Free Shipping offer excludes all special orders, custom manufactured items from RHQ, items shipped directly from the manufacturer, all furniture items, and any items designated as not qualifying for RHQ Free Shipping in the product description. The Free Shipping offer excludes shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box addresses, U.S. territories, and international orders. A customer service representative will contact the buyer if an item is ordered from one of the specified locations. The buyer may also contact us prior to ordering for a detailed shipping quote.
Orders that qualify for free shipping are processed within 2-3 business days from completion of transaction and may take up to 7 business days to arrive at specified location. Restaurant Headquarters reserves the right to use its own shipping method on all free shipment orders. Orders weighing over 125 lbs may be shipped via common freight carrier to the location.
RHQ Free Shipping offer includes shipping of qualified orders from out location to your dock or curbside. RHQ Free Shipping does not include additional services such as lift gate delivery, inside delivery, equipment set in place, call notification, or express shipment. Additional fees may apply if any of the above services are requested.
